We Are Hiring: Manager Administration

Qualification and Experience

  • Education: Masters/BS (16 Years) degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: 08-10 years of experience in administrative or managerial roles, preferably in higher education.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Operations: Supervise daily administrative operations and support; devise procedures to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Facility Management: Oversee management of water supply, power supply, furniture and fixtures, janitorial services, and gardening.
  • Maintenance: Supervise repair and maintenance activities of buildings; ensure completion of projects or tasks within the given timeframe.
  • Event Management: Coordinate logistics, facilities, and services for smooth event execution.
  • Transport and Fleet Management: Build and optimize transport management models; ensure effective use of transportation services.
  • Property Maintenance: Ensure regular maintenance of properties and assets; collaborate closely with concerned stakeholders.
  • Inventory Management: Manage stock records; develop strategies for efficient use of supplies.
  • Security: Develop and implement security policies, protocols, and procedures; review the surveillance system and coordinate with law enforcement agencies.
  • Health and Safety: Monitor workplace health and safety; assess risks and design strategies to reduce hazards.
  • Budget Planning: Plan budgets for Opex and Capex; monitor expenditures and ensure cost-effective operations.
  • Legal and Stakeholder Support: Provide support in legal matters and manage stakeholder relationships.

  • Administration: Knowledge of administration policies and procedures, strategic thinking, and ERP systems.
  • Project Management: Facilitation, project management, and service delivery skills.
  • Resource Allocation: Proficiency in resource allocation, health, safety, and security management.
  • Financial Acumen: Strong business and financial acumen.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Adaptability: Agility, change management, and facilitation skills.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
