With its registration under Section 42 of the Companies Act, 2017, the Gul Bano Welfare Foundation has officially been recognized as a public limited company. The foundation’s mission includes:

- Providing cooked food, ration packages, and medicine to the needy, poor, destitute, orphans, widows, and elderly.
- Offering assistance to families affected by natural and man-made disasters.

- Awarding scholarships, stipends, and grants to students.
