DPO Mianwali Holds Crime Meeting with Circle Saddar SHOs and Investigation Officers

DPO Mianwali, Akhtar Farooq, conducted a crime meeting at the SDPO Saddar office with the SHOs and investigation officers of Circle Saddar.

During the meeting, a detailed review was carried out on the crime rate and police performance in both police stations.

DPO Mianwali instructed the investigation officers to utilize all available resources to ensure the arrest of wanted criminals and proclaimed offenders in serious cases. He emphasized the need for the prompt resolution of pending investigations and applications. Additionally, he directed a crackdown on drug dealers and ordered the registration of cases for incidents of murder, attempted murder, theft, and robbery, ensuring the tracing and arrest of suspects.

He also stressed taking special measures to curb street crimes and motorcycle thefts by improving the patrolling system.

Furthermore, the DPO urged the police to enhance their performance to provide maximum benefit to citizens. He emphasized maintaining a professional and respectful attitude towards the public and ensuring immediate action on their complaints.

The meeting was attended by DSP Saddar Sheikh Kamran Zahoor, the In-charge IT Cell, and the DPO’s Reader.
