Brigadier (R) Babar Alauddin (Sitara-e-Imtiaz Military) Chairs Open Court at Mianwali DC Office Lawn
Brigadier (R) Babar Alauddin, Chairperson of the Chief Minister Punjab’s Surveillance and Monitoring Directorate, presided over an open court (khuli kachahri) held at the DC Office lawn in Mianwali. During the session, Brigadier Alauddin listened to the grievances of the public and issued on-the-spot directives to resolve their issues.
The event was attended by Deputy Commissioner Khalid Javed Goraya, District Police Officer Akhtar Farooq, Assistant Commissioner Mianwali Murad Hussain Nikokara, Assistant Commissioner Isakhel Ghulam Murtaza, and AC Piplan Ejaz Abdul Kareem, along with officers from various departments.
Residents raised concerns regarding police services, health, education, revenue, highway maintenance, the expansion of the Mianwali-Kalabagh road, and the prevention of mineral theft. In response, Brigadier Alauddin issued immediate instructions to the relevant authorities to address these issues promptly.
In his address, Brigadier Alauddin emphasized that the open courts were organized following the vision of Chief Minister Punjab, Ms. Maryam Nawaz, to resolve people’s fundamental issues efficiently. He stressed the government’s commitment to public welfare and ensuring the timely completion of development projects for the betterment of society.
He encouraged unity for national progress and stated that good work should be acknowledged regardless of political affiliations. He reminded officials that public servants are there to serve the people and must work diligently to complete development projects.
Brigadier Alauddin commended the resilient and brave people of Mianwali, acknowledging their significant contributions to the nation. He assured the attendees that all applications and complaints submitted during the open court would be addressed diligently, and necessary actions would be taken to ensure their resolution.
