Job Purpose:
- Business Development Officer will be responsible for all major KPIs of Sales, Revenue, Business Development, Trade Visibility, Channel Development in that particular franchise area.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure Channel Development and conduct Retail Audits.
- Ensure Channel Expansion (SIM Selling, ML, VAS & MNP) by identification of high potential areas market visits and ensure stock availability in market.
- Improve daily & weekly retailer on SIM selling & ZL and achieve assigned target of retailer expansion.
- Managing Retail Stock out & RSO management.
- Ensure that retailers are fully trained and equipped with company product knowledge & ongoing promos.
- Extensive customers engagement & conduct activities in areas where the network is in process of launching or upgrading.
- Responsible for Development, Induction and Servicing of new channels.
Eligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience and Skills):
Education:
- Minimum Graduation
Work Experience:
1 year in Cellular Industry or Fresh Graduate
