Chairperson CM Punjab’s Surveillance and Monitoring Directorate Visits Mianwali Police Lines
Brigadier (R) Babar Alauddin (Sitara-e-Imtiaz Military), Chairperson of Chief Minister Punjab’s Surveillance and Monitoring Directorate, visited the District Police Lines in Mianwali during his official tour. He was received by District Police Officer (DPO) Akhtar Farooq, along with other senior police officers.
During the visit, Brigadier Alauddin held a meeting with police officials. DPO Akhtar Farooq provided a detailed briefing on security arrangements across the district, including the management of hard areas. The meeting was attended by SP Investigation Mianwali, Shaukat Ali, SDPOs, DSP Patrolling, DTO Mianwali, DO CTD Mianwali, DO Special Branch, and Incharge Security Mianwali.
As part of the Chief Minister Punjab’s “Clean and Green Punjab” initiative, the Chairperson planted a tree in the Police Lines, reinforcing the government’s commitment to environmental sustainability and urban beautification.
