Deputy Commissioner Khalid Javed Goraya Emphasizes Availability of Essential Items in Ramadan Sahulat Bazaar

Mianwali – Deputy Commissioner Khalid Javed Goraya has directed that all essential food items must be available in sufficient quantity at the Ramadan Sahulat Bazaar set up in Model Bazaar. He emphasized ensuring that there is no shortage of any item in the market.

He expressed these views while addressing a meeting held in the DC Office Committee Room to review the arrangements of the Sahulat Bazaar.

He instructed the AD Livestock to ensure a steady supply of chicken meat at the bazaar. Additionally, he directed the DO Industries and Food Department officers to make sure that low-cost sugar is available in adequate quantities at all stalls.

During the briefing, the Deputy Commissioner was informed that 16 different essential items, including chicken meat, sugar, flour, gram flour, fruits, and vegetables, are being provided at lower prices compared to the market rates for the public’s convenience.
