• Dr. Sumreen Dawood serving as an Assistant Professor and Incharge Department of Botany since January 2nd, 2023. She is a double Gold Medalist (M.Sc.) and her research expertise is in Renewable Energy Generation, Nanotechnology, and Plant Taxonomy. She made a major contribution to biofuel technology and identified promising biomass resources She holds a Ph.D. in Botany from Quaid-i-Azam University, and her research focuses on green Nano-catalysis for the conversion of biomass resources into biofuel. She is working as an Environmental Expert in the Environment Protection Agency since 2023. Her research publication includes 08 research articles (04 as first author and 04 as co-author) with 50 impact factor and 252 citations.• Courses Taught: Plant Ecology, Genetics, Medicinal Plants, Phycology and Bryology, Diversity of Plants, Advances in Plant Pathology• Research Interest: Nano-catalysis, Renewable Energy Generation, Plant Taxonomy, Palynology and Phytochemical derived drug synthesis.
