Job Description:
Albeer IT Solutions is looking for dedicated and professional Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team in Lahore, Pakistan. The selected candidates will be responsible for managing inbound calls and providing top-tier customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming customer calls promptly and professionally
Address inquiries and resolve customer issues effectively
Handle customer complaints empathetically and find appropriate solutions
Process orders, refunds, and exchanges with accuracy
Maintain strong knowledge of company products and services
Follow company protocols to ensure consistent, high-quality service
Meet or exceed performance targets (call handling time, customer satisfaction, etc.)
Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to enhance customer service and streamline processes
Additional Duties:
Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while focusing on customer needs
Use CRM software and Microsoft Office to optimize workflow
Communicate clearly with team members to resolve customer concerns
Analyze and resolve complex customer issues with critical thinking
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
Previous experience in customer service or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
Basic computer skills; familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office
Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends
Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail
