Qualification and Experience
- Education: Masters/BS (16 Years) degree in IT and Computer Sciences.
- Certifications: CCNA and CCNP certified individuals will be preferred.
- Experience: 8-10 years’ experience as a network administrator or in a relevant role.
Key Responsibilities
- Network Installation and Support: Install and support LANs, WANs, network segments, Internet, and intranet systems.
- Configurations: Perform routing/switching/firewall configurations.
- Cybersecurity: Implement cybersecurity measures, security protocols, and procedures to prevent potential threats.
- Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Manage the maintenance and troubleshooting of the network.
- Documentation: Prepare and maintain documentation of network configurations and cabling layouts.
- Wireless Infrastructure: Design, deploy, and administer the wireless infrastructure and supporting systems.
- Disaster Recovery: Implement and manage disaster recovery and backup solutions.
- Strategic Solutions: Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in a timely manner.
- Budget Management: Handle the annual budget and ensure cost-effectiveness.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Computing Infrastructures: Knowledge of computing infrastructures.
- Network Engineering: Proven practical experience in network engineering and network operations.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Hands-on technical troubleshooting capabilities.
- Independence: Ability to work independently.
- Critical Skills: Exceptional critical thinking, problem-solving, teamwork, and decision-making abilities.
