Miss. Nida Fatima is a Molecular Biologist specializing in molecular techniques, including nucleic acid extraction, Real-Time PCR, and gel electrophoresis. She completed her BS (HONS.) in Biotechnology from Lahore College for Women University, Lahore, where she investigated the effect of gamma rays and ethylene oxide on the physicochemical and microbial properties of pistachio. She later pursued her MS in Healthcare Biotechnology from the National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST), Islamabad, focusing on the role of c-myc and bcl2 in type 2 diabetes mellitus and breast cancer patients. Miss Nida has attended several symposia, including the “International Symposium on Recent Trends in Biotechnology” organized by the Department of Biotechnology at Lahore College for Women University, Lahore, and the “National Symposium on Biotechnology and Bioengineering: Applications and Advantages.”
