Qualification Requirements:
- M.A/M.Sc, B.Ed/M.Ed
- MPhil will be given preference.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as Principal/Vice Principal.
- Minimum 10 years of teaching experience.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong administrative skills.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Excellent subject knowledge and general knowledge.
- Ability to lead experienced teachers, mentor junior staff, and inspire students.
- Demonstrated interest in all areas of the curriculum.
