Punjab Police Intensifies Crackdown on Kite Flying Under Amended Law
The Punjab Police continues to take strict measures against the deadly activity of kite flying. Under the new Punjab Kite Flying Amendment Act 2024, kite flying has been declared a non-bailable offense. Offenders will face a minimum sentence of 3 to 7 years in prison.
