SELECTION PROCEDURE
- Applications are invited for project-based posts on a 2-year contract, extendable based on performance.
- Apply online through the Central Testing Service (CTS) website at www.ctspak.com by 11-01-2025.
- Only completely filled applications meeting the criteria will be accepted.
- All communication will be through the CTS and Emergency Services Department (ESD) websites.
Tests and Interviews:
- Written & Psychological Tests, Physical Tests, and Skill Tests will be conducted at designated locations.
- Shortlisted candidates’ lists will be displayed on CTS & ESD websites after each stage.
- Final interviews will be conducted at Emergency Services Headquarters, Thokar Niaz Baig, Lahore.
- At the time of the interview, candidates must provide a medical report from a Government Teaching or DHQ Hospital detailing:
- Physical examination (height, weight, chest, eyesight, physical deformities).
- Laboratory tests for Hepatitis B & C, HIV, and RPR.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Any information found missing, false, or forged will result in disqualification at any stage of recruitment or appointment.
- Medical Criteria:
- Vision less than 6/6 in each eye (without glasses) or color blindness is disqualifying.
- BMI above 30 or positive results for Hepatitis B & C, HIV, or RPR are disqualifying.
- No relaxation in age or qualification will be given, except for 5 years’ age relaxation for Emergency Services Department employees applying for administrative posts.
- Preference will be given to candidates with a height above 5’6″ and a chest size of at least 33 inches.
- Local residents will be given preference as per the district quota.
- Quota Reservations:
- 5% for minorities.
- 15% for females (females are encouraged to apply).
- Selection is subject to verification of documents, police verification, successful training, and clearance by the medical board constituted by the Punjab Government.
