Mianwali ( ) — Under the guidance of Director Civil Defence Punjab and Deputy Commissioner Mianwali, Khalid Javed Goraya, a training workshop was organized at the District Council Hall Mianwali by Civil Defence Mianwali and Rescue 1122. The workshop aimed to train officers and staff from all departments on how to respond effectively during emergency situations.
Muhammad Bilal Farooq, Civil Defence Instructor Mianwali, addressed the participants and explained the purpose and importance of civil defence, stating that it is the citizens who are the true defenders of their city. Khalid Dad Khan, Bomb Disposal Commander, gave a briefing on dealing with sabotage and threats posed by hostile elements.
Later, the Rescue 1122 staff demonstrated CPR techniques and taught participants how to provide first aid to the injured.
